Around the same time everyone began sending memes around social platforms, they were also adapting the digital behavior of sending money through Venmo.
People weren’t carrying cash and Venmo was even becoming a verb, even though it had it’s pitfalls: security, fees and often having to wait to get your money.

To highlight how you can send money just as seamlessly with the bank you already use, we created a meme campaign showing the struggles of when you don’t Quickpay and the benefit when you do. Using the trending meme format, Chase showed up in a culturally relevant way to highlight different payment situations appealing to various interest groups within the world of GIFs.

Beyond social we created contextually relevant OOH placements at sporting events and college campuses.
